He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slifka and Mildred Slifka. He is survived by: his wife Myra; his children, Lynn Tulke (Steve), David Slifka (Kim) and Mary Waters (Kevin); his grandchildren, David, Anna Tulke, Allison, Britton, Sydney Slifka, Abigail and Trevor Waters; his sister Mildred Lebeda; and his cousin Carol Koblik.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Legacy Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory (16 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL 35758).
