He is survived by: his fiancée Kristy Rodgers; his children, Courtney Caldwell (Jay), Katlyn Pinkerton (Hunter), Jackson Poe (Madison) and Rylee Binder; and his stepsons, John Stevens (Tea), Rickey Stevens (Constance) and Austin Rutland.
