She was predeceased by: her son Don Trammell Jr.; her parents, Ruth Price and John Price; her cousin Marilyn Mayhue; her parents-in-law, Mary F. Campbell and Artie Ashby Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Ashby and Warren Preston.
She is survived by: her husband Artie Ashby Jr.; her daughter Terri Burant (Keith); her daughter-in-law Jerianne Trammell; her stepdaughters, Susan and Chris Ashby; her grandchildren, Trey Trammell (Mimi), Kayleigh Trammell, Shelby, Preston Burant, Rachel Hamilton-Trowe (Mike) and Gwen Hamilton; and her sisters-in-law, Kitty Preston and Judy Ann Tusing (Robert). She is also survived by four beautiful great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Christ Presbyterian Church (1580 Jeff Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35806).
