She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris McCorkle and Kathleen McCorkle; her significant other Roy Lynn Scott; and her siblings, Pretrica Wheeler, Amelia Maynard, Joy Pullum and Phillip McCorkle.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Richardson; her son-in-law Eric Richardson of Madison; her granddaughters, Nola Rose Richardson and Erin Kathleen; and her sisters, Emily Snoddy (Jake) and Christine Roland (Calvin). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
