She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Mac Hampson (Jennifer), Rebecca Parsons (Stewart), Earl Carlin (Sarah), Cathy Van Orden (Ryan) and Judith Marth (William); her siblings, Peter Williams and Katherine O'Connell; her husband Herbert Carlin; her brothers, Michael Williams and A. Joseph Williams; her grandson Earl Scott Carlin; and her parents, Marian Williams, and Allan J. Williams, Jr.. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
