She was predeceased by: her parents, Lexie A. Reynolds and John P. Reynolds; her husband Roger Rosenthal; and her daughter Karen Cullum. She is survived by: her grandsons, Wade Grigsby (Tasha) of Tucson, AZ, Tyler Grigsby of Olmstead Falls, OH and Adam Cullum (Kali) of Millington, TN.; her great grandchildren, Kiera, Leo, Paisley and Letti; her daughter Shelbie Grigsby (Dave) of Madison, AL; and her son-in-law Jeff Cullum of Millington, TN.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery & Funeral Home (6755 TN-3, Millington, TN 38053). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her honor.
