He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norman Sayer and Carolyn Fowler Lewis; his stepfather Charles Roynald Lewis Sr.; and his stepson Cody Ryan Houston. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Houston; his stepson Harley Houston; his uncle Wayne Fowler; his siblings, Zachary Sayer (Marcella), Stephen Lewis, Rhonda Sims (Ronnie), Dianna McDaniel (Perry), Charles Lewis Jr. and Mark Lewis; his siblings' children, Aubrey Sayer, Chance Sayer, Charity Sayer, Clint Lewis (Noel), Kyle Glozier (Nancy), Brittney Perkins (JR), Venessa Stringfellow, Reggie Sayer, Devin Solomon, Tre Wilson (Victoria), Donovan McDaniel and Dane McDaniel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cayden Kurtz, Britney Morgan, Bentley Lewis, Trinity Lewis, Elijah Solomon, Kj Glozier, Tyson Glozier, Rose Davis, Dominic Sayer, Nevaeh Sayer, Drew Stringfellow, Catherine Sayer, Eli White, Tj Wilson, Raine White and Lilly Wilson.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 17 Lemans Dr S, Satsuma, AL 36572.
