He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph T. Hopkins and Iva Hopkins; his daughter Angie; his wife Juanita Smith Hopkins of Moultrie, GA; his children, Angela Spurlock (late Clyde), Cheryl Nichols (Keith) and John Hopkins (Misti); and his siblings, William Hopkins, Huey Hopkins and Carolyn Hruby. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
