She was predeceased by: her husband Felix Marquez; her parents, James Malone and Arnita Malone; and her brothers, James, Billy, Ricky and Randy Malone.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa Marquez, Dewayne Marquez (Penny) and Brian Marquez (Kelly); her grandchildren, Taylor, Caroline, Jordan, Matthew, Brennen, Gunner, Kannen and Saylor; and her sister Sandra Sanderson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, she wasn't just Grandma.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Faith Memorial Park (8100 Madison Blvd, Madison, AL 35758).
