He is survived by : his parents, Raymond Scott Cook and Juwana Michelle Cook; his siblings, Brandon Cook (Terra), Kayla Cook Robertson (Lee), Dustin Kelley (Erin), Payton Cook, Laci Cook, Caleb Cook, Marcus Cook, Ali Cook and Alissa Cook; his grandparents, Raymond and Kay Cook; and his aunts, Linda Kennington, Teresa Chancey and Wendy McGhee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
