He was predeceased by: his children, Lesley Dee Lambert and Wesley Glenn Smith; his father Wilford Junior Smith; and his stepfather Alton Dean McAfee. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Ruth Smith McAfee; his wife Pam Joyce Smith; his children-in-law, Charles Farrish Lambert and Amber Nicole Smith; his grandsons, John Collins Smith, Oliver Gideon Smith and Christopher Landon Lambert; and his brothers, Gary Smith and Perry Smith. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
