She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carrol, Bobbie Causey and Karen Portera; and her aunt Penny Porter. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Causey (Patricia) and Tracey Portera (Randy); her husband Charles "Chirp" Richard Perkins; her brothers, Christopher Michael Dedge and Jacob Ryan Causey; her grandfather Carmellow Portera; her aunts, Wendy Tatum (Bill) and Nona Causey (Peanut); her uncle Floyd Causey; and her godmother Renee Martin (Marty).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35046). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
