She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Carsfield and Celia Ardella Dennis; her husband Curtis Dopson; her daughter Jean Sanders; and her great grandchild Jamie Sanders.
She is survived by: her son Edward Dennis Prattville (Iris); and her grandchildren, Tracy Sanders Weoka (Angie), Tammy Deal, Curt Dopson Prattville (Kelly) and Chad Dopson (Michelle). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
