He was predeceased by: his former wife Thelma Driver; his father Bobby Driver; his brother Steve Driver; and his nephew Travis House. He is survived by: his wife Hollie Driver; his sons, Michael Driver, Jr. (Taylor), Jacob and Levi Driver; his mother Docia Ferguson; his siblings, Teresa Carr, Richard Driver and Susan House (Wahoo); and his granddaughter Eliza Driver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
