He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Harris; his sisters, Joy Rhodes "Sue" and Elnor C. Peoples "Tiny"; and his children, Stephanie Hallmark (Scott), Anthony Brown, Christopher Brown (Shawna Waldrup), Jody Brown and Russell Brown. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
