She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Scobee and Edith Adams Scobee; her husband Arthur Lewis Ellis; and her brother James Stephen Scobee. She is survived by: her sister Emma May Robinson of Cox's Creek; her children, Christopher Dale Ellis (Carol) of Newnan, GA and Angela Ellis Blocker (Dale) of Helena, AL; and her grandchildren, Natalie Elizabeth Blocker, Christopher Dylan Ellis and Matthew Cambron Blocker.
