He is survived by: his sons, Billy Moore (Molly) of Flowery Branch, GA and Mark Moore of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Caleb Moore (Caelyn), Sarah Beth Dannenmiller (Keller), Zach Farr (Juliea), Wyatt Moore and DJ Moore; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Warner; and his siblings, Dennis Moore of Tasmania, Mike Moore (BJ) of Lake Park and Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Dr. William G. "Jerry" Moore Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund. This donation will help provide scholarship assistance to one veterinary student annually that meets the qualified criteria.
