He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Humphries and Louise Humphries; his brothers, Steve and Carl Humphries; and his brother-in-law Ricky Boatner.

He is survived by : his wife Tammy Humphries; his children, Michael Humphries (Portia Burgess), Charles Weaver, Joseph Weaver and Angela Spradlin (Andrew); his grandchildren, Colton Humphries, Dakota Shackelford, Nevaeh Spradlin, Zaylee Spradlin, Remi Humphries, Charlie Weaver and Natalie Weaver; and his sisters, Debra White (Terry) and Theresa Boatner.
