He was predeceased by: his daughter Valerie King; his daughter-in-law Tammy Scroggins; his son Clarence Lee; and his grandson Wesley Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Scroggins; his children, Darla Andrews, Penny Williams, Buddy Scroggins and Adrian Scroggins (Donna); his stepchildren, Karen Miller (Mike) and Kevin Smith (Amy); and his son-in-law Larry King. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
