He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Parker and Hazel Parker; and his grandson Mical Lee Parker. He is survived by : his wife Jerrie; his son Phillip L. Parker; and his grandsons, Bradley Parker and Billy Parker (Jamie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Don's name to Lakeside Baptist Church, 2865 Old Rocky Ridge Rd., Birmingham, AL., 35243.
