She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Guthrie and Madie Guthrie; her brother Jerry; her husband Ronald Underwood; and her great grandchild Everett James Nowlin of Tampa.
She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Martin (Harold); her daughters, Karen Waldrop (Chuck) of McCalla and Kathy Johnson (Lewis) of McCalla; her grandchildren, Alison Humphryes (Kevin) of Helena, Elizabeth Nowlin (Charlie) of Tampa, Tyler Waldrop (Brittany) of McCalla and Jacob Johnson (Alison) of Pittsboro; and her great grandchildren, Trenton (Robin), Raegan, Garrett, Samuel, Nathan, Jude, Nate, Hank and Judd.
