He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Faye; his parents, Tom and Jennie; and his brothers, Tommy and Jack.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Roberson (Greg) and Jimmy Crawford; his grandchildren, Patrick Stokes (Dee) and Morgan Nick (Jake); and his great grandchild Harper Mae Nick.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove.
