He is survived by : his siblings, Roy Louis Passmore, Edward Clayton Passmore, James Clifton Passmore, Thomas Kellman Passmore and Barbara Ann Passmore King; his son-in-law Gary Max Carlisle, Jr.; his wife Deborah Jane Higginbotham Passmore; his children, Johnnie Ann Passmore Carlisle, Cynthia Passmore Maddox (Bo) and Jason Wayne Passmore (Erin); his brother Richard Mattison Passmore; his grandchildren, Kristin Wyatt (Brack), Patrick Carlisle (Autumn), Cody Smith (Brianna), Andrew Clay Smith, Hunter Smith (Savanah), Jaclyn Curl (Brody) and Tanner Wayne Passmore; and his great grandchildren, Makana Ann Wyatt, Madelyn Carlisle, Colin Brack Wyatt, Everlie Annalise Smith, Matthew Joseph Carlisle, Spencer Kate Smith, Macon Jones Carlisle and Elliahnna Glynn Smith.
