She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas Fleming Kuykendall; her son Thomas Scott Kuykendall; her brother Richard Eugene Harris; and her parents, James Percy "Slim" Harris and Nellie Elizabeth Whiten Harris.

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Martin (Carl) and Nick (Gayla); her daughter-in-law Wanda Kuykendall; her grandchildren, Mandy Seales (Joey), Lindsay Jones (Tim), Luke Kuykendall and Elisabeth Kuykendall; her great grandchildren, Charlie Seales, Katie Seales, Ila Jones and Dottie Jones; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Harris Kastner (Jim), Frances Beard and Jimmy Kuykendall (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Patsy's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
