He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Koebcke and Rachel Koebcke; and his sister Cheryl Renee Allen. He is survived by: his wife Janice Koebcke; his children, Richard Koebcke, Chad Koebcke and Jean Thurman; and his stepchildren, Lisa Rennier and Richard Rennier. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
