He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Weaver and Mary Frances Goodson Weaver; and his brother Kenny Mack Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Tyree Weaver; his children, Brian Weaver (Jane) of Minneapolis, MN and Chandra McMurphy (Chad) of Robinsonville, AL; his siblings, Ricky Weaver (Cathy) of Atmore, AL, Rodney Weaver (Anna) of Milton, FL and Cindy Cobb (Al) of Atmore, AL; his grandchildren, Loryn, Abbey, Tangie, Trent and Tess; and his great grandchild Shay.
