He is survived by: his children, Meagan Johnston (Justin Hollingshead) and Dylan Johnston (Payton Crowely); his grandchildren, Zoei, Lily, Phoenix and Luna; his mother Charletha Johnston; his sisters, Penny Lynn Lane (Gregory) and Kathy Jo Foster (Curtis); and the mother of his children Katherine Ann Johnston.
