He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Peavy and Agnes Peavy; his brothers, James Peavy and Johnny Peavy; and his brother-in-law Billy Brazell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Peavy; his son Brandon Peavy (Alice); his siblings, Phillip Peavy (Michelle) and Jo Brazell; and his sister-in-law Delores Peavy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
