She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Ben Howard and Ruby Virginia Auten Howard; her husband Jack; and her brothers, Frank Howard and Charles Howard.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Gauldin of Birmingham and Tim Gauldin (Mandy) of Nashville; her brother Raymond Howard; and her grandchildren, Josie, Eliza, Ben and Jack.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the church.
