He was predeceased by : his father Robert Byrum; and his brother Bobby Byrum. He is survived by : his wife Joan Bell Byrum; his children, Kristen Emory (Tom) and Hill Davis Byrum; his grandchildren, Byrum Emory, Saddler Emory, Morgan Byrum and Addison Byrum; and his sisters, Patsy Perez (Andy), Beth Walton (Jimmy) and Ann Moore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
