He is survived by : his wife Tommie Rainey; his daughters, Jennifer Williams (James) and Jeanette Rathburn (Dan); and his grandchildren, Jacob Vance (Kat), Mandi Evans and Jessica Vance. He is also survived by one brother and two sisters.
