Latrelle Wartman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Latrelle Wartman (Midland City, Alabama), who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Wartman; her sister Lucille Beck; and her grandchild Khylee Holden. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Strickland (Margie), Kenneth Strickland (Lynn) and Bill Wartman (Lisa); her grandchildren, Will Wartman III, Chantell Strickland, Colton Strickland (Kayla) and Craig Strickland (Caitlyn); her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lily, Levi Strickland, Cameron, Cayden and Clark Strickland; her stepgreat-grandson Waylon; and her siblings, Hank Bennett, Rudene Fahey, Mary Brown, Elouise Pellham and Sandy Webb.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1700 Barrington Rd, Midland City, AL 36350). A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery.
Latrelle's creative contributions to the world were immense.
