She is survived by: her parents, Jason Scott Osborne (Betty) and Kristy Lynn Blankenship; her siblings, Kelton Blankenship, Dalton Young, Kiara Osborne, Baylee Osborne, Kaylee Cook, Natalie Cook and Kandice Blankenship; her grandparents, Larry, Margaret Troutman and Tammy Reynolds; her great-grandparent Clay Cochran; her aunt Lathia Flynn; and her cousins, Courtnee'Moore, Chloe Moore and Oksana Moore. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
