We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2025, at the age of 76, Eddie Lamar Nix of Millbrook, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Lafayette Nix and Velma Louise Evans Nix; his daughter Tina Nix; and his brothers, Jimmy Nix, Bobby Nix and Thomas "Soap" Nix.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Nix (Shani) and Lee Harmon (Tina); his siblings, Harold Nix, Velma Gober (Jene) and Carol Mobley (Horace); his grandchildren, Hailey Holke (Christian), Gabrielle Clark (Cole), Jessica Meredith (Landis) and Wesley Harmon (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Holke, Isaac Holke, Olivia Harmon and Wiley Meredith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
