She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Wilfred Owens and Mary Fannie Carr Owens of Montgomery, Alabama.; her husband Lige McGough; and her former life partner Paul Harrell, Jr.. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Melissa, Christina and Harrell; and her children, Felecia Rivers (Talon), Mary Moore, Shirlene Perez, Angelia Edwards (Kirk) and Richard Harrell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
