He is survived by: his wife Ruth Morris Blazer; his sons, Timothy Wayne Blazer and Joseph Todd Blazer (Laurie); his grandchildren, Rachael Bulger (Brad), Leslie Blazer, Daniel Blazer (Amber), Savannah Blazer, Joshua Blazer, Todd Blazer, Kelsey Cleckler (Andrew) and Tyler Brannon; and his great grandchildren, John-Bradley, Rushton, Makenna, Micah, Krista, Jada and Jimmie-Mae.
