He is survived by: his children, James Dean, Scott Alan, Howard Jr. and Twila; his grandchildren, Matthew, Sonja, Rachel, Clifton, Amanda, Thomas, Lauren, Devin and Avalon; his great grandchildren, Benji, Ryliann, Kathryn, Preston and Gabe; and his sister Mabel Lockamy Hall (Roland).
