He is survived by : his wife Agnes Nichols; his daughters, Penny Nichols (Jimmy Sutherland) and Cindy Head (Mike); and his grandchildren, Daniel Lucas (Ashley), T. J. Lucas and Jon Lucas (Carrie). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
