Katherine Johnson Snowden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Johnson Snowden of Millbrook, Alabama, who passed away on March 25, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Lee and Myrtie Johnson; her husband Britt Snowden; her son Jerry Snowden; her brothers, James Johnson and Bobby Johnson; her sister-in-law Naomi Johnson; and her pet Fluffy.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Snowden Edwards; her son-in-law Steve Edwards; her grandchildren, Audrey Edwards Lyons (Ben Lyons), Caleb Lyons and Lily Lyons; and her sister-in-law Pauline Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Elmore County, 2955 Central Plank Rd., Wetumpka, AL 36092, or Coosada Baptist Church.
