He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Edward Kemp and Myrtle Dunn Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Joyce S. Kemp; his daughters, Vickey Sanford and Janice Harrold (Randy); his siblings, Freddy Kemp (Brenda) and Annette Shumate; his grandchildren, Stephanie Williams, Jeremy Sanford, Shannon Sanford, Autumn McClure, Leif Wixon and Holly Rollan; and his great grandchildren, Trent Williams, Piper Williams, Shelby Sanford, Jordan McClure, Sadie McClure and Elizabeth Rollan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Bible Church, 12170 Hwy 280, Sterrett, AL 35147 in his memory.
