It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Royal of Millbrook, Alabama, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Royal and Annie Ray Edwards Royal. He is survived by: his wife Tracie Ebron; his daughter Christy Hines; his grandchildren, Hailey Hines and Aaliyah Williams; his great grandchildren, Noanh and Oakleigh O'Brien; and his sisters, Rhonda Crumpton (Brian) and Anita Ward (Marvin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
