He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brockenberry and Charlotte Branch; and his siblings, Renee Smith, Kenneth Barnes and Keith Barnes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Asia Johnson (Eric Zeigler), Briana Johnson (Luke), Kristal Brockenberry (Kevin Moorer) and Janay Brockenberry; and his siblings, Kevin, Andre Barnes, Elizabeth "Liz" Jenkins (Raymond), Linda Davies (Carlos), Jackie Steed, Denise Bethea, Regina Lloyd (Garrett) and Kewa Cole (Jimmy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
