Michael leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Michael will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parent Carrie Lee Long Holt; and his brother Christopher Holt. He is survived by: his sons, Travis Long (Keshia), Rodney Long (Renee) and Randy Long; and his siblings, Gar Holt and Jennifer Harris. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
