She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Herbert" Reed and Lois "Adelle" Norrell Reed; her husband Bruce "Bud" Riggs; her brother William "Billy" Thomas Reed; and her daughter Dawn M. Rossi.
She is survived by: her son Chris Rossi (Carol Turner); her grandchildren, Victoria Waldrop (Josh), Dawn Allen (Jordan) and Austin Rossi; her great grandchildren, Cole Courtney, Braxton Allen, Maddux Waldrop, Hudson Allen, Meritt Waldrop and Madelynn Waldrop; her sister Delores "Patricia" Slade; her niece Cindy Slade; and her sister-in-law Winifred Reed.
