She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Phillip Ash and Lillie Mae Tucker Ash; her husband Willard A. Smith, Sr.; her son Willard "Buddy" A. Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Bobby Gene Ash, Lillian Moon, Frances Whitfield, Dorothy Dillard and Eddie Jackson.
She is survived by : her daughter Judy Moseley MacLaren; her daughter-in-law Fran Smith; her siblings, Quentin Ash and Betty Jo Carr; and her grandchildren, Monica Moseley King (Jody), Michael Moseley (Stacey), Chris Smith and Kelly Smith Herring (Heath). She is also survived by six great grandchildren & two great great grandchildren.
