He is survived by: his children, Tim Hinson and Susan Guy (Brian); his siblings, Billy Hinson (Joan) and Jacqueline Stewart; his grandchildren, Chris Guy (Patricia), Keith Guy (Yina), Joshua Hinson (Simbree) and Robin Hinson; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Guy, Bryce Guy, Katelyn Guy, David Guy, Odis Guy, Essie Lee Hinson and Joshua Eli Hinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Coosada Baptist Church, 5687 Coosada Road Coosada, AL 36020, in his memory.
