He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Phillips, Sr. and Dorothy Louise Peoples Phillips; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Arlene White Phillips; his son Mike Phillips; and his sisters, Denise Phillips and Beverly Knighten.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Phillips (Haley) and Amy Watson (Joey); his sisters, Betty Weldon (Jimmy) and Jackie Henderson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Wade Phillips, Addison Phillips, Caleb Watson and Molly Watson; and his great grandchild Paisley Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at the Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elmore County Firefighters Association, 191 Red Eagle Road, Wetumpka, AL 36092, in his memory.
