He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams; his sons, Brian Williams (Monica) and Stephen Williams (Solomiya); his siblings, Mickey Williams, Kenny Williams (Karen) and Jan Dooley (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Brittany Williams, Rachel Williams, Jacob Williams and Aurelia Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
