Billups of Buffalo, NY; his godson Frederick Taylor of Melbourne, FL; his sister Mary Dawson (Billups) of Buffalo, NY.; and his extended family Jonathan of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and dear friends.
