He was predeceased by : his parents, Millard William and Ethel Mae Varner Crawford; his sisters, Edna Mae Crawford and Annease Crawford; his daughter Naomi Redus; and his grandson Isaac Redus.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Marie Crawford; his daughters, Susan Knight (Mike) and Tesa Tucker (Derrick Goodman); his sisters, Peggy Dewey (Cecil) and Felicia Harcrow; and his grandchildren, Maghan Knight, Ashli Crone, Mathew Tucker, Aaron Redus (Maritsa) and Megan Redus. He is also survived by four Great Grandchildren.
